  • Mission
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will have opportunity to work on Evian brand, driving the business results. You will be highly connected to the local markets business and will engage with multi-disciplinary teams (including R&I, Engineering, Finance, Supply, Procurement, UX and S&I) to develop top strategies for the brand success. The role requires to have a deep understanding of the consumer, customers and market.Main Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of innovation big bets:
Inno / reno project management: in a strong collaboration with PMO and cross-functionnal team, develop plans from Explore phase to Implementation phase, including building Business Case, and oversee execution in local markets
In line with evian innovation portfolio architecture and extension strategy : develop breakthrough innovations for In-Home or Away-From-Home channels or new business models
Follow up of latest launches: business results tracking with local markets, continuous mix improvement
Additionally, management of some ad-hoc missions like supporting the organization of Inno-days to showcase the latest projects for the brand, supporting local teams in developing their local initiatives (eg. Wimbledon, etc)+ Management of 1 intern
+ Monthly meeting at the Factory in Evian (3-4 days / month)Key Deliverables

  • Former experience in innovation in food / beverages sector, experience in a global team.
