Provides administrative assistance mainly for expats such as preparing check requisitions. Assists Head of Strategic Planning (NY) as necessary.Primary Job Duties:
1. Expats expense management
2. Expat Arrival & Departure Support
3. make travel arrangements and greet guests
4. Other administrative matters (if any)Qualities / Competences * Basis MS office skill
- English / Japanese language skill
