Descrição da FunçãoThe company where you will workYou will be part of the Hays Team that is consulting one of our clients that is a company in the Health sectorYour new roleWe are seeking a talented individual with experience as Junior Java Integration DeveloperResponsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the development of innovative and scalable software solutions, ensuring alignment with industry trends.
Act as a reference point for best practices, architecture guidelines, coding standards, and innovative approaches to software development providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
“Be the face” of the company in integration projects and conduct business and technical discussions directly with national and international corporate clients.
Conduct an agile software development process to ensure the delivering of quality solutions align within the defined time and budget;
Identify blocks, dependencies, or other problems, working with and as a team to find solutions;
Be an example and help develop the potential (technical and non-technical) of your team;
Participate in recruiting process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Proven experienced in designing and implementing high-scalable and complex software solution projects;
10+ years of software development experience;
4+ years of experience leading teams and/or enterprise level architecture decisions;
Large experience dealing directly with clients with an active voice on technical and non-technical discussions;
Background in consulting services is a plus;
Good analytical/critical skills and likes code developed in the right way and not just something that works;
Large experience with agile methodologies;
Good management and leadership skills;
Team spirit, initiative and good communication skills;
Experience in JIRA or other project management tools;
Knowledge on Insurance industry is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must and Spanish is a plus.
