- Responsible to manage the alignment of product program with related policy and procedures.
- Managing the product program approval and marketing process (i.e. socialization, marketing program, KV, etc).
- Review Procedures (IO, Juknis, SOP, etc) with relatives units.
- Creatively make Product Program minimum 4 initiatives (New) and 4 initiatives (Revamp) every year, excluding Project.
- As PIC for Trade, Value Chain, Forex and Project held by TSO and product owner.
- Do traction for program performance.
- Act as the point person for all product related to loan and communication with related units.
- Enforce & drive sales team to sell EBB Lending Products.
- Contact point to guide & respond Sales Team related to EBB Lending Product & Programs.
- Responsible to Conduct regular & timely internal communication & product refreshment e.g EBB Lending Day.
- Produce & conduct refresh to Key Visual / Branding Materials for program related.
- Explore a new / fresh ideas of how to optimized /revamp/ develop attractive programs.
- Performing market research to planning competitive and attractive product program.
- Coordinate with product partners and related unit to explore existing portfolio management.
- Understand in details how to optimizing EBB revenue through enhancing portfolio pricing management as well as value proposition.
- Understanding EBB customer landscape, market research on benchmarking proposition from internal as well as external, and use the knowledge to revamp/develop/optimized attractive programs based on value proposition offering. This would also cover ensuring implementation and take up program.
- Coordinate with all the units that are related to the Product partner, map out customers, product programs and analyze to propose a better product program offerings that meet to better value propostion towards customer in EBB..
- Responsible to help Business Unit (RM) related Program, SOP, IO, Guidelines etc.
- Monitoring Program / Traction Program
- Review for Program in frequent basis (Quarterly, Yearly).
- Comply with policies, procedures, and Regulatory.
- Person In Charge in EBB Helpdesk email.
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements BSMRRelevant Work ExperienceMinimum 3 years in EBB industry or similar
