- Work to generate revenue for the company by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities; finding new customers or markets, expanding existing customer relationships, and increasing sales.
- Manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners; negotiating contract terms, ensure compliance, and resolve contractual disputes to protect the company's interests.
- Managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and optimizing financial outcomes; cost control, revenue optimization, and financial analysis
- Manage and lead the commercial department and estimation teams, ensuring effective performance and adherence to corporate objectives.
- Assess and mitigate risks that could impact the company's financial performance; identifying market risks, regulatory risks, and operational risks.
- Set and achieve corporate revenue goals, profit margins, and closing percentages through effective team management, assuring that estimation activities align with corporate goals, executed in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records and generate comprehensive sales reports and provide insights into sales performance to the relevant parties.
- Develop existing and potential customer relationships through quotes, negotiation addressing needs, resolving concerns, and offering technical support.
- Evaluate large project portfolios, costs, and presentations to align with corporate values and objectives
- Conduct data analysis to extract insights, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and implement strategic adjustments.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners to secure favorable agreements for the company.
- Maintain budget versus actual tracking, making systematic adjustments if required
- Collaborate with the finance department and other relevant teams to ensure precise budgeting and accurate financial reporting.
