- Financial analysis/appraisal of development projects
- Managing external professional teams to deliver planning consents and design
- Working with the project management team to prepare the project for construction;
- Responsible for commercial inputs and profitability analysis of their projects
- Liaising and negotiating with third parties including utility providers, Local Authority etc
- Liaising and managing the construction partner to ensure delivery of the project.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in a development or project management role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of the development life cycle and a demonstrated ability to lead successful project teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
