- You are a highly experienced Cloud Systems Engineer with expertise in C#.Net and AWS data, machine learning & Gen AI services.
- We are a team of passionate engineers, building cloud capabilities for the group.
- Together we will create a cloud platform that will support millions of our customers.
You will work with your crew members and our consumers to build capabilities focused on AWS Data, Machine Learning and Gen AI services such as AWS Glue, Athena, SageMaker and Bedrock.
You will be involved in all aspects of the delivery from solution design and development to production rollout.We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few. You’ll be working in a squad, reporting to a Chapter Lead in the Cloud Hosting Crew.
You will drive important initiatives, being responsible for the technical design and implementation of key AWS services, with a particular focus on data analytics, machine learning and AI. You will ensure that services are implemented so that solutions are resilient, secure and fit for purpose.
You will be an advocate for best practice, capable of challenging and being challenged, to deliver the best technical solutions for our customers.We’re interested in hearing from people who:
- Have a strong application development background in .Net Core and Web API.
- Have a proven track record delivering mission critical solutions in the areas of data processing, machine learning and/or Gen AI on AWS.
- Are passionate about building resilient, secure cloud infrastructure to support application development on AWS.
- Understand the complexity and challenges delivering scalable, secure cloud solutions in an enterprise setting.
- Can drive initiatives, investigating the options, gaining support for recommendations, and delivering the outcome.
- Understand the importance of observability, metrics, and cost management in relation to solution design on AWS.
