- Provide technical support to office users, including troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems and assisting with system configurations
- Act as the primary point of contact for shop support, addressing and resolving computer-related issues, hardware and network connectivity concerns
- In the office support, conduct regular system maintenance, including software updates, security patches and hardware upgrades
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on utilizing computer systems and software effectively
- On call or on-site support for urgent cases during the holiday
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Microsoft related certificates & CCNA are preferable
- At least 3 years relevant experience in system support
- Advanced knowledge and experience in supporting Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- A 5-day work week
