- Developing and executing sales strategies for the warehouse and distribution services to meet sales objectives.
- Identifying potential clients, initiating contact, conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
- Regularly monitoring the market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the fulfilment of customer requirements and resolve any issues.
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for revenue and profitability growth.
- Being responsible for the marketing, sales and customer services of the client's needs and managing the preparation of documents for company marketing.
- Providing market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospective needs and generating product development ideas.
- Taking ownership of the management of the sales functions of the business.
- Developing a pipeline of qualified prospects for targeted solicitation, understanding their business and solutions requirements, and engaging in a consultative sales process (business to business).
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
- Monitoring the progress of claims and customer Satisfaction. This leads to fixing all issues and increases the satisfaction level of the customer.
- Bachelor's Degree and experience in a sales development role or a high outbound selling role; developed understanding of supply chain concepts.
- 5 years of working experience in a sales warehouse.
- Demonstrated success in building new accounts and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
- Growth mindset, with a focus on customers.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills - must be able to speak confidently and persuasively about our company's business model.
- Must have critical thinking, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to adapt to ever-changing tasks and customer needs.
- Organized and effective under pressure.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
