You are able to manage multiple design tasks of creating re-usable UI components and interfaces, performing usability testing, creating prototypes to validate design concepts, presenting concepts to stakeholders, and collaborating with cross functional teams of product managers and frontend developers.What you’ll be doing:

Collaborate with the Product team and the UX UI Designers to execute on all design stages, from concept to visual design and specifications, UI libraries and developer handover.
Prioritise a human-centred design process and business requirements to deliver an easy-to-use UI and UX that can translate to better conversion on our sites.
Perform regular competitor analysis to keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
Develop personas, user stories and other resources that capture users’ needs.
Prepare and execute usability testing on our existing sites and products.
Make recommendations based on tests, analysis, and user feedback.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that take into consideration all the above
Author and maintain documentation pertaining to usability testing, guidelines, research, and other related information.
Perform any other ad hoc design tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently.

What you'll bring:

An innate passion for UX UI design
Well-versed in translating UX/UI design with wireframing tools such as Adobe Xd, Figma and Balsamiq
Knowledge of how to perform user-testing and usability analysis.
Excellent oral and written communication
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS will be considering a plus.
A team player attitude that actively contributes towards the bigger picture of the organisation
