- Drive and deliver R&D initiatives planned in the company strategy and regularly report progress to the company management
- Design, deploy, monitor, maintain and improve machine learning and deep learning models in production. You will collaborate with the Engineering team for these purposes. Currently, our models serve diverse needs (user conversion, churn, app recommendation, user segmentation…). They have been developed and improved over the years to optimize their performances while taking into account the main constraints of our industry: inference time and data volume.
- Hire, manage and coach members of the Machine Learning team
- Contribute to the definition of the product roadmap based on your own experience and expertise
- Masters degree, PhD, or equivalent self-education, preferably in STEM
- 8+ years of experience working in teams using machine learning to power a core company product or service
- Good organization and planning skills
- Technical knowledge - Deep knowledge of statistics and machine learning, deep knowledge of data engineering is a plus
- Ability to develop people - Coaches people in their current roles to improve performance, and prepares them for future roles
- Knowledge of adtech or martech is a plus
