- Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities.
- Translating and simplifying requirements. Identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
- Leading and/or participating in the business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.
- Analyzing change considering current business processes, assessing impact on other processes.
- Partnering with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Following standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions.
- Proficiently structuring parallel tasks and prioritizing and finishing tasks within the planned period by well-developed accountability
- 5 or more years of experience in SAP HR Implementation Experience with at least 2 end to end implementation.
- Experience in Payroll Module (Wage Type Config, PCR, Schema, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM process and local statutory reporting (CPF, IRAS, etc.) and audit requirements
- Basic Knowledge on LDB, HR Authorization, Debugging
- Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think out of the box
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator with a positive attitude and with high energy
- Customer focused
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
- Able to travel as required
