The Global Fleet and Product (GFP) team's mission is to provide the vehicles and services that enable Amazon to delight customers within our last mile operations. This Sr. EVPM (Electric Vehicle Program Manager), AMZL Energy role on the GFP team is responsible for managing end to end electrification of our Last Mile sites in preparation for charging and operating electric delivery vehicles at scale.Responsibilities:
- Own and drive alignment on project timelines and budget to support EV program goals
- Identify risks and barriers to projects and escalate if needed to mitigate until full resolution
- Execute continuous improvement initiatives to raise the process execution bar
- Build partnership with the strategy, design, procurement, and construction organizations to design, retrofit, and build new sites at scale to develop the electric powered delivery network for Amazon Last Mile Fleet.
- Solve complex, technical problems with simple, innovative, and practical solutions
- Create and maintain multiple, complex, and concurrent project plans to support the electrification plan of record
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop milestones to ensure timely completion of programs
- Track and monitor program progress
- Submit and review change management requests and provide solutions to maintain program requirements
- Define key performance indicators or success metrics by program
- Report on status against program objectives

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
