Technical expert in tooling and injection molding. Serve as a technical expert to advise the engineering, project teams and production teams to ensure maximum product quality and manufacturability.Your role:Oversee daily production requirements including molding process and solving of issues.Conduct troubleshooting on part defects, process optimization and execute corrective actions.Monitor and analyses molding defects to improve the quality and production efficiency.Prepare the work instructions and complies molding parameters records for all products.Liaise with toolmaker on mold repair, modification, and improvement.Provide technical support to mold and machine maintenance within the molding dept.You're the right fit if:Possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, Plastic Tooling & Molding Technology or equivalent.Min. 3 to 4 years related experience in plastic injections molding industry for thermoplastic, LSR and two-shots molding.Must possess good communication, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in 3D Cad software eg. UG-NX10 or SolidWorks and automation equipment.About Philips
