Workday Finance Platform Engineer

- Work with our stakeholders (Finance, FP&A, Legal, HR) to refine business needs, challenge implementation and define ETAs alongside with the Engineering Manager and other Workday Platform Engineers
- Watch, design, develop, test and maintain business features with qualitative UX for maximum usage, reliability and scalability
- Collaborate with team members throughout rituals such as stand-up meetings, sprint plannings and much more
- Participate actively in defining setup and deployment process best practices to better support our growing footprint and scale accordingly
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems through our low-code integration platform Workato, for which you will receive a dedicated training
- You are a Workday Finance certified professional, with 5+ years experience working with ERP solutions and 3+ years of Workday Finance administration hands-on experience with Finance modules
- You are experienced in managing critical Workday projects, with a high level of autonomy in the prioritization process
- You get strong interest in following Workday roadmap and experimenting new trends and products
- You are organized and rigorous following best practices regarding setup quality, clean architecture, testing, documentation ...
- You have excellent communication skills with various levels of stakeholders
- You are able to translate technical information into non-technical terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact (Pros & Cons)
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
- Fluency in English
