Come and work with us. Foundever Portugal is looking for a talented and accomplished Italian speaking Customer Advisor for a project from the travel and tourism industry. As a Customer Advisor in this project, your daily responsibilities will include: Going above and beyond to provide outstanding service to customers aiming their retention in our client's services Quickly grasp complex issues and identify underlying problems to facilitate prompt and effective resolutions Maintain high satisfaction standards and consistently exceed customer expectations when managing bookings, queries, and requests Take ownership and responsibility while being resilient and able to positively influence outcomes Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics Flexible and able to adapt to constant changes with a positive mindset To succeed in the role, you will need to have: Advanced level of Italian (C1) (mandatory) Good level of English (B2) (desired) Strong communication skills - with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills Strong sales profile with customer and service orientation Ability to promote and sell client services and products A motivated and committed personality Ability to interact positively with peers and supervisors Quality consciousness Patience, empathy, and a unique ability to manage stress Self-organized, reliable and able to perform duties with minimum supervision Ability to follow guidelines and instructions & to quickly implement newly learned things Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Be willing to relocate to Portugal Go further with Foundever What's in it for you?
