- Create and implement content marketing strategies that are in harmony with our clients brand goals and the preferences while working closely with the EU marketing team.
- Craft impactful and captivating content across various mediums such as blog entries, articles, social media updates, email marketing initiatives, and website narratives.
- Apply SEO principles to elevate content visibility and bolster organic search standings.
- Oversee or contribute significantly to both local and global marketing endeavors from their concept stage through to fruition, guaranteeing projects are delivered on schedule.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with multifaceted teams—spanning sales, design, and technical domains—to advocate for cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Monitor, assess, and refine marketing activities based on analytic insights to enhance the efficiency of campaigns.
- Consistently acquire knowledge on the latest industry trends and best practices, proposing innovative strategies to advance our marketing initiatives.
- Support the coordination and execution of events, exhibitions, and promotional activities aimed at augmenting brand presence and facilitating lead acquisition.
- Oversee the selection process, provide briefings, conduct supervisions, and evaluate the performance of local marketing-related vendors, covering a range of services such as printing, production, and event management, tailored to specific project requirements and local needs.
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Demonstrable expertise in content marketing
- Experience with Adobe Suite
- Proven project management capabilities, including the capacity for simultaneous tasks and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Understanding of B2B marketing
- Proficiency in SEO practices and optimizing content across various platforms.
- Understanding of social media strategies and how to best implement them
- Competence in the use of marketing analytics tools for campaign evaluation and reporting.
- Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Willingness to learn and apply new marketing technologies and techniques.
- Native Polish required with a fluency of the English language
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines required.
- Experience in the heating, HVAC, manufacturing or similar industry would be advantageous
- Experience with the following tools would be beneficial: Wordpress, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
