We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:(Junior) Recruitment CoordinatorResponsibilities: Do you want to work for one of the world's largest global banks? Want to be part its exciting digital transformation?
Well, our Client offers just that ☺︎ It's a leader in digital transformation of banking services and Cracow is one of the most important technological centers - majority of projects are delivered from Poland ☺︎This is an opportunity to join IT team supporting administrative tasks for one of the Technology departaments. Our department is consisting of 500 IT specialists who are building software for investment part of the bank.
On this role you will be a core part of department supporting Head of Technology in Poland, cooperating with local Asset class heads, IT team as well collaborating with other divisions of the bank - locally and globally. You will be getting insight in to both technology and global banking.What will you do?
- Support & coordination of recruitment processes with great focus on cooperation with external vendors and interview scheduling
- Providing support to hiring managers in recruitment & onboarding
- Updating data and procedures on our internal Confluence
- Mapping internal procedures
- Occasionally supporting Employer Branding events
- Being engaged in organization of internal events
- Administrative work is something that you are good at: you know how to handle schedules plus you are good in organizing meetings and managing your own tasks
- You are a people person enjoying being in the office among other coworkers
- You are driven, proactive and self-organized
- You like get things done and fixing problems
- Prefer diverse working environment where tasks that might change suddenly on the go
- Are good at collaborating with wide range of stakeholders and keeping them accountable to their promises
- Previous experience on similar position in corporate environment
- Very good communication skills: both written and verbal
- Organizational skills, proactiveness and reliability
- Willing to work from office regularly - on average 2 days a week
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)
- Enjoy working in international team
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of any of following: Confluence, Fieldglass is a plus
