Digital Communications and Promotion Manager

• Implement digital strategies and publicity campaigns for enhancing corporate image.
• Organise integrated marketing communication initiatives including advertising and promotion for increasing brand awareness.
• Develop quality content for effective digital communications on corporate website and various social media channels.
• Handle external communications on social media to manage reputational risks and assist in community sentiment analysis by social listening.
• Monitor team performance through digital analytics and prepare relevant reports.
• Manage service providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders for media promotion projects, video and multimedia production, and other branding collaterals.
• Assist in the design and production of corporate presentations including award submissions.

• Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Media or related disciplines with at least 6 years’ post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Well versed in digital communications, digital marketing, social listening, analytics and video production.
• Solid experience on social media planning and execution and familiar with local media landscape and trend.
• Work experience in media agency, sizeable corporation or public organisation preferred.
• Highly capable in storytelling, content development and project management.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Chinese word processing.
• Irregular work hours and overtime required.
