We do our best work together, connecting to create new innovations with impact.Responsibilities:Providing support on different employee life cycle processes for our colleagues within EMEA region, using company's Case Management tool and other several country systems in a timely and quality mannerCreate documents following company procedures and country specific legal proceduresCreate and deliver report to support other HR functions, business stakeholders and audit process.Develop and maintain process description to enhance our knowledge database for each country's HR processesHandel all cases assigned to TIER1 team and ensure completion following SLA's and KPI's.Escalate cases based on content, for example: TIER2 level, HR Business Partners, Center of Expertise or HRIS SpecialistsYou will be working together with international HR team and third parties in order to ensure accuracy of employee’s dataProcessing data entry or data import into different systemsQualification:Experience using Microsoft office package and HR systems (preferable Workday or SAP-Success Factors)Experience in using Case Management/Ticketing systemsAbility to handle tasks in different systemsAttention to details and maintenance of data confidentiality and integrityGood written and oral communication and organizational skillsEnglish language skills - minimum B2Spanish and/or Italian language - minimum B1Our Offer:Internal Growth programs: #Grow; Mindfulness and Wellbeing programs (Wellbeats, MyQuillibrium, mind & body webinars)Days off based on seniorityYearly performance bonus based on your seniorityHoliday bonuses for Christmas and EasterMonthly allowance that can be used for public transport / parking / sport etc.Flexible working scheduleCorporate health insurance
