Estimating and/or Scheduling experience in the residential home market
Attention to detail and problem solving abilities are essential for this role
Strong understanding of the local, residential construction and building processes
Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff, understanding and meeting the requirements from the pre-construction and sales divisions
Ability to read and understand plans and associated construction documentation
