As a Senior UI/UX Designer at PhazeRo, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop the look, feel, and user experience of software products. Your role will involve research, testing, and designing work that will lead to the development of well-defined value-driven products that align with and advances our customer's business.You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning industries such as fintech, energy, e-commerce, healthcare, and more; creating engaging and seamless user experiences for our clients. In addition to design responsibilities, you will also mentor and guide junior designers, helping them grow in their careers. Your experience and expertise will be crucial in driving user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the company.This role is remote friendly!Requirements

Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX Designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct research, and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices, and contribute to establishing design standards within the company.
Present and defend design solutions to internal and external stakeholders, including clients.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design consistency throughout the development process.

What we require

4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and a track record of successful projects.
Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, and ability to apply them in product design.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
