As the Resourcing Lead, you will oversee workforce planning, project resourcing, and external recruitment efforts. Leading a team of 4 resourcing specialists, you will ensure efficient mobilisation and demobilisation of projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within technical engineering, infrastructure, and rail networks. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in recruitment, managing redeployment processes, and enhancing workforce planning through effective data management. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing strategies to increase team diversity and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.About You:
To be successful, you will have extensive experience in internal mobilisation and high-volume recruitment. Strong computer skills and familiarity with recruitment ATS, such as PageUp, is a plus! You will possess excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in the construction or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
