- Working location: West
- Working days & hrs: 5 days, Monday to Friday ; 8.45 am to 5.30pm
- Salary range: up to SGD 3800 (dep on exp) + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Assist in recruitment process such as job posting, shortlisting and arranging interviews for hiring managers
- Responsible for work pass applications and renewals through WPOL, EPOL and other statutory requirements from time to time
- Creation of new employees e-pfiles
- Facilitate on first day introduction/induction programme
- Responsible for monthly payroll administrative and processing of pay run(s)
- Preparation of payroll report for Management's approval
- Manage and maintain HR system - employees' personal details, leave etc
- Monitor and prepare confirmation appraisal forms
- Generate confirmation and extension of confirmation letters for approval, whichever applies
- To maintain epfiles & their records during employees' employment
- Preparation of acceptance of resignation letter
- Inform on acceptance and exit clearance procedure
- Submission of IR21 to IRAS on timely basis (for those relevant personnel eg. foreigners)
- Prepartion of final settlement in payroll system
- Termination of accounts (email, window, Adobe, MHC etc) after last day of service or whenever required
- Maintain and monitor employees' training records
- SMS CEOs daily appointments in the morning
- Email CEOs' weekly appointments - to CEOs & HODs
- Email daily staff leave to CEOs in the morning
- Lunch arrangement
- Order fruits for staff
- Schedule appointments for CEOs
- Make phone calls for CEOs
- Arrange car transfer and hotel accommodation for guests
- Order of copier toners
- Update registered vehicle details with clubs
- Replenish drinks & fruits in CEOs' office
- Take over receptionist's duties when she's on lunch / toilet breaks
- Travel arrangements for bosses
