Lead Safety Engineer - MTT (Rayong Based), Chemicals Business

• Establishing execution plan and prepare safety and health manual follow the Company's strategy and Law, development and improve management system
• Trainer for risk assessment and give advice process & workplace safety and suggest ways to development and improve processes up to date and comply with standards
• Provide safety and advice including controlling execution follow the safety & health standards such as being a PSM competency leader, execute PSM owner etc.
• Become a II SME/Coordinator to control and advise to ensure the execution follow the standard and also expand the results of lesson learn
• Become PSM Audit Planner and Internal Auditor (1P & 2P Auditor) and responsible for preparation for both External (3P) and Internal Audit
• Collect data/analyze process & workplace safety risk assessment and provide continuous improvement guidline

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
• Having at least 6 years of experience in Operation Safety Management
• Having experience as a Safety Project Leader/Sponsor
• Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550)
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Good handle under pressure management situations.
• Able to work in Rayong Province
