Among our brands you can find (Poland), (Romania), , (Portugal), and, of course, (across Europe).As a Product Analytics Trainee, you will contribute to building positive experiences in one of the fastest-growing marketplaces in Europe. In this role, you will pair up with our experienced product analysts and our product teams (including product managers and engineers) to translate user data into insights and opportunities for product development. You will gain insight into a whole spectrum of analytical tasks, including analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B tests, and building reporting tools.You get to play with petabytes of data, a sophisticated and advanced data stack, and, last but not least, help define the future development of the OLX platform to be a product that customers love. \nOur special one profile:

Experience in Analytics, whether from an academic background, bootcamp or self-learning
Has some experience with SQL and Excel and is open to learning Python and data visualization tools
Interest in customer behavior analytics
Interested in telling stories with data
Loves learning because continuous learning is key to success
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think creatively
A proactive and results-oriented person with a good sense of ownership
Good communications skills
You live in Poznan or Warsaw and are able to go to the office 2/3 times a week
