Application Manager SuccessFactorsWe are looking for an Application Manager who is specialized in SuccessFactors to join our team of Changemakers. Ensure the quality and performance of system solutions
Manage incident resolution and maintain application integrity
Uphold SLAs and align applications with regional business needs
Act as a 1st escalation point for vendors and user community
Maintain documentation and compliance with IM processes
Participate in CAB meetings and execute changes/enhancements
Support key user training and conduct periodic customer visits
Collaborate on project handovers and optimization initiatives

As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, IT professionalism and user / business satisfaction.
Functional area:

Functional Application Management skill
Experience with Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
Familiarity with HR processes including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, etc.
Certification in system maintenance/configuration/customization
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English
CPI or CIG certification
Familiar with IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, CMM.
Certification in system maintenance / configuration / customizing
English at Professional Proficiency Level
SuccessFactors modules
CPI or CIG certification
