HR Specialist (Area Metro)

• Interview, evaluate and select non-exempt and supervisory level candidates.
• Develop and maintain region's talent bank.
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. Analyze current recruitment processes and suggest areas for improvement.
• Maintains human resources information system logs and compiles database reports.
• Conducts new hire training.
• Analyze human resources trends and metrics to assist in the development of solutions, programs and policies.
• Maintain depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources management, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve labor relations, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
• Manage specific projects as needed and provide human resources guidance in functional and multifunctional initiatives.
• Participates in the development of objectives and systems of the department.
• Assist supervisors in the time and attendance process.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate level to expert in the management of ADP, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point and Excel).
• Excellent e-mail domain and office team.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• High level of organizational skills.
• Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish (Oral and Written at professional level).
• Management of Proposals, Quotes, Auctions (preferred)
• Experience in customer service or direct sales.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and human resources management.
