Job Description:As the Learning & Development Manager, your job responsibilities include the following:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps specific to the Technology industry, with a focus on the FinTech sector.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs tailored to various levels of employees, including onboarding, technical skills development, graduate training academy, leadership development, and compliance training.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop relevant learning materials and resources.
  • Utilize a variety of learning programs, principles, training, and instructional design methodologies, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, blended learning experiences, exchange programs, and coaching sessions to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) within the company to develop and deliver high-quality training content.
  • Implement and manage a learning management system (LMS) to track employee learning progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and performance metrics, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and insights.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization, promoting employee engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with HR to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans to nurture their growth and advancement within the company.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees seeking guidance on career development opportunities, skills enhancement, and learning resources.
  • Manage the learning and development budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient delivery of training initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest FinTech trends, best practices regulations, and emerging technologies, and incorporate innovative approaches into our programs.

  • You have a proven track record of developing and implementing a variety of successful L&D programs – technical, leadership, and soft skills training.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, technologies, and instructional design methodologies.
  • You have in-depth experience with competence assessment, curriculum development, and LMS implementation.
  • You have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build rapport across various stakeholders including internal teams, clients, partners, and executive leadership.
  • You are creative and intuitive with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence.
  • You are an excellent communicator, with great presentation, and facilitation skills, and the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs and drive continuous improvement.
  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organization Development, Instructional Design, or related fields. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, including 3 years in a learning and development leadership capacity. Experience in the Financial Services, Technology, or Management Consulting industry is a plus.
Physical Requirements:We currently run a flexible work structure; some days are remote while others require you to collaborate with colleagues at the office location.
