As a Business Developer, your responsibilities will include:

Develop and maintain excellent business relations and contacts with area of responsibility retailers to achieve trade marketing objectives.
Responsible for order placements & distribution in visited universe.
Manage contracts and commercial agreements and activations.
Manage retailer environment, in order to maximize cycle brand visibility and awareness.
Develop and support the vision, business culture and strategy, product roadmap and launches.
Be consumer centric - Effective communication capabilities with consumers.

The ideal candidate for the position of Business Developer will be expected to possess the following:

Degree in Business Administration or other related field would be considered a plus
Basic IT literacy
English (written and spoken) basic command and Greek native or equivalent
Continuous improvement capability
Ability to travel

Analytical skills and problem solving capability
Negotiation capability & objection handling
Teamwork
