- Assist in managing the relationships with the external parties and monitor their performance to optimize media buying and placement strategies
- Assist in creating campaign timelines, coordinating assets, and tracking project deliverable
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure timely delivery and proper implementation of media assets, including ad creatives, copy, and videos
- Monitor media performance, including impressions, reach, frequency, and engagement metrics
- Prepare regular reports and analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the media team
- Assist in tracking media budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to allocated budgets. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to process invoices, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent qualification
- First experience in media coordination, advertising, or marketing role
- Computer literate and high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain good work relationships with external service providers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Arabic language, any other language are beneficial
- Flexible, versatile and copes well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic about the world of PR and hospitality
