This includes:
- Providing solution oversight, integration architecture and architectural governance for product solutions in line with enterprise architecture standards.
- Understanding the business strategy of a particular function/area and working with the team to define business requirements.
- Responsible for all aspects of SAP solution development, including adherence to Trinseo IT standards in documentation, change/release management and SDLC processes.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of complex technical and design issues. Simultaneously supports multiple programme and project level deliverables.
- Responsible for routine operational activities and service delivery, including incident management and triage.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or other related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP SAP) with at least 1 full life cycle implementations or complex integration projects with experience in configuration and development in SAP Controlling module in S/4HANA. Experience with Material Ledger and CO-PA in S/4HANA required.
- SAP implementation experience across multiple end-to-end (E2E) business processes in SAP Finance with focus on Product Costing
- Working knowledge of material ledger, cost centre accounting, internal order management, product costing and profitability analysis in SAP S/4HANA required.
- Ability to build relationships and work with limited supervision Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of project management techniques; PMP and Six Sigma designation a plus
- Demonstrated practical knowledge of software development SDLC methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, take a global perspective and develop local expertise while working effectively in a geographically dispersed organisation
- Strong business acumen, as well as strong listening, communication, alliance building, negotiation, conflict management and influencing skills
