- Drive forward new business with our hero product, Barista Edition, to build out our distribution & visibility across the UK.
- Be a champion of our existing relationships and ensure we listen to their needs to retain them.
- Manage key strategic wholesalers and execute joint business plans to help deliver against the company’s targets, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Application Team to fuel discovery across menu in key sites.
- Work with the Brand Team to execute world-class activations at site level.
- Demonstrable experience in account management – bonus points if you’ve already got experience in bringing in new business as part of your role(s).
- You have the personality to succeed in this role – proactive, flexible, humble, energetic, resilient.
- You implement a 'can do' attitude & generate innovative ideas and solutions when met with a 'no' from potential end users.
- You are comfortable thinking outside the box with how to grab the stakeholder's attention in a fun, Oatly way.
- You love building relationships and making connections around something you are passionate about.
