Your role at Tech4sGroup:

• Actively contributing to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive internal knowledge base
• Contributing to optimizing internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and redundancies
• Proactively suggesting solutions to automate workflows to increase efficiency and productivity
• Taking ownership of generating and updating performance reports. Utilizing data analysis skills to extract insights and offer recommendations for improvements
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute departmental projects as defined by management
• Executing regular traffic quality checks based on internal procedures
• Conducting reviews on affiliate commissions calculation, ensuring accuracy based on predetermined terms and performance metrics
• Providing valuable support to the affiliate team by assisting with various tasks, projects, and ad-hoc requests related to the affiliate platform
• Monitoring affiliate tracking systems to validate the accurate attribution of player activity and conversions
• Assisting in the creation and upkeep of the affiliate program's marketing materials
  
  

Profile Requirements:

• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with numbers
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make informed decisions
• Meticulous and rigorous approach to tasks, coupled with a creative mindset to add flair and innovation to analytical processes and problem-solving
• Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
