- Implement and execute the Commercial and Sales strategy established by the Sales Director
- Manage on a daily basis centralized clients and retailers at national or regional level for all the products of our portfolio
- Negotiate annual listings, retail catalogues visibility, shelve space for Spring and Fall Seasons as well as Christmas Season, and negotiate and coordinate promotional activities
- Work in synergy with Bandai Namco Entertainment Italian teams to build cross-marketing activities
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction
- Plan and manage products portfolio, assigned customers assigned, business development according with the agreed commercial strategy of the company
- Formulate, recommend, and execute the strategic planning and delivery of customer in-store permanent and promotional point of sale programs
- Analyse the toy market and follow up the actual toy lines on the market
- Plan and monitor store-check activities
- 5+ years of experience in sales, within the Italian toy industry mandatory
- Knowledge of channels and customers dynamics to improve the quality of our commercial propositions
- Use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English and Italian, both spoken and written
- Ability to work independently
