- Produce and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value
- Continual monitoring of projected costs
- Monitor cash flow and valuation plan
- Ensure contract variations are identified
- CSCS
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- Some NEC3 experience
- Major civils/infrastructure projects experience
- An attractive / negotiated salary

- 42 base hours per week
