- Utilize SQL proficiency to extract and analyze financial data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- Oversee all accounting, finance, and HR functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Perform in-depth analysis of financial statements, including P&L statements and Balance Sheets, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide expert financial advice and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow, minimize risk, and enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure accuracy, integrity, and transparency in financial reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in accounting and finance to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes to support business objectives and targets.
- Foster a culture of financial discipline and accountability across the organization through effective communication and training initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proven experience in SQL querying and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial advice and management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
