- Takes charge of a section within the restaurant by ensuring smooth operations and that guests receive quality experience
- Understands the restaurant's food and beverage menu and is able to make recommendations to guests according to their preferences and dietary requirements.
- Guiding and mentoring new Service Captains in daily operations.
- Explain the ingredients used and/or methods on how to enjoy the dish when presenting the dish to the guest
- Keep up-to-date with our product knowledge/seasonal produce and display high-level confidence to answer guests' questions.
- If dishes require tableside preparation or presentation, you will be required to perform these duties
- Go above and beyond to make someone else's day
