Europcar is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a talented and driven individual to join our team.Internship Overview:As a Franchisee Ecommerce Assistant intern at Europcar, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams within EMG, analyzing and tracking Franchisee performance & coordinating Ecom Franchisee Actions within the Ecommerce function. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis:
  • Develop reporting and analysis related to business, digital, and market performance for our Franchisee countries.
  • Develop insights and recommendations based on your analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Dashboard and Reporting Development:
  • Ensure that the appropriate dashboards and reporting tools are available to track performance effectively for all brands.
  • Work with the IT team, performance office & intelligence team to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
  • Coordination with franchisees and Ecommerce Teams:
  • Collaborate closely with the franchisee team and various countries to implement performance improvement actions.
  • Liaise with the Ecommerce team to align strategies and initiatives for optimal results.
  • Business Cases and Training Materials:
  • Develop business cases to support proposed initiatives and strategies.
  • Create training materials, webinars, and presentations to facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization.

QualificationsQualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a business school program or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
