As part of our strategy, we want to continue our partnership with our existing dealers who play a significant role in achieving our business objectives. Based in Nantes or Rennes, our new colleague will support our dealers in Western France (Ouest Bureau, CBS and Equip'Buro), who generate a turnover of approximately €8.5 million.What You Will Be Doing:
  • Focus on and take responsibility for growing business across categories and vertical markets
  • Close priority sales opportunities with our dealer, focusing primarily on "must win" opportunities for the region.
  • Own a select list of accounts within the region - in alignment with Strategic Account Managers
  • Lead relationship development and agreement with the dealer's management, acting as the "go to" person for the dealer
  • Build and maintain dealer planning tool in partnership with dealers
  • Establish communication and alignment with the dealer
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to support dealer capability growth
  • Manage involvement of specialists to strengthen dealer capabilities and support specific opportunities
  • Consistently use CRM (Salesforce) to manage performance and communicate with internal Steelcase teams.
Who You Are:
  • Degree and/or business qualification required
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English
  • Ability to build long-term working relationships with various functions in the customer's organization (purchasing, facility management, general management, etc.), specifiers (A&D), marketing and product specialists, and other key partners and dealers as part of a complex sales approach, as well as within the dealer, customer and Steelcase organization.
  • Familiarity with pricing mechanisms
  • Proficient and passionate about using IT support tools such as CRM, Outlook calendars, tablets, smartphones, webinars, live video applications, virtual meeting tools, business applications
  • Strong verbal, written presentation and social skills
  • Good business and cultural awareness
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Autonomy, adaptability, dedication and team spirit are highly valued.
