Job DescriptionLocation: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Flemish Coffee Customer AdvisorSalary: salary package around 1280 euro gross p/m + Euro 100 p/m performance bonus potential plus net per working day 7.23€ Euro food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs per week between Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pmRelocation package: Apartment Room with rent of 280€ for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip) and Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 monthsThe CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Flemish Coffee Customer Advisor.The RoleAs an Flemish Coffee Customer Advisor you will represent a famous brand for home coffee machines, coffee capsules and coffee accessories.You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and live chat and will answer qeneral quiries in regards to the coffee machines, provide information in regards to the various tastses of coffee pods they have to offer and solve any issues the customer is experiencing. This is a versatile role which would suit anyone who likes their coffee!Requirements

Fluent in Flemish and English
Previous Customer service or administration experience desired
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
