Do you have a keen eye for detail?Do you want to build your brand by working for a leading financial advisory firm in project finance?If so, Optimal HR, on behalf of its client, a firm specializing in financial advisory services, is seeking to recruit a Financial Analyst to join their fast-growing, dynamic team in Athens.Scope of the roleSupport companies and organizations from a wide range of fields with their financial decision-making and contribute to their overall growth and profitability.Your day – to day

Analyze and process financial data
Design and write business plans, model reports and benchmarking analyses
Participate in projects and processes that help organizations evaluate their performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions based on budgets, forecasts, industry trends
Prepare presentations for Managers, making effective adaptations to the specific project needs
Build robust financial models that support budgeting, planning, and management reporting, providing valuable insights for decision-making within any organization
Support budgeting efforts at organizations
Compile written reports on financial statuses and recommendations
Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, recording, summarizing, analyzing, and interpreting financial transactions of various types of organizations
Working in team-projects with the aim to navigate technical challenges and develop creative solutions that drive continuous improvement and success for the company and its clients

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance and other related fields (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Statistics)
Postgraduate degree or professional qualifications, ACCA, CFA is desirable
3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant role, preferably in a consulting position/firm
Advanced Financial Analysis & Reporting skills (produce financial plans, projections, and analytical reports for use in investment decisions by companies, public and private organizations)
Strong financial modeling skills, able to create sophisticated types of financial models
Excellent command of the English language
Computer literacy
Organization and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels
