- Analyze and process financial data
- Design and write business plans, model reports and benchmarking analyses
- Participate in projects and processes that help organizations evaluate their performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions based on budgets, forecasts, industry trends
- Prepare presentations for Managers, making effective adaptations to the specific project needs
- Build robust financial models that support budgeting, planning, and management reporting, providing valuable insights for decision-making within any organization
- Support budgeting efforts at organizations
- Compile written reports on financial statuses and recommendations
- Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations, recording, summarizing, analyzing, and interpreting financial transactions of various types of organizations
- Working in team-projects with the aim to navigate technical challenges and develop creative solutions that drive continuous improvement and success for the company and its clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and other related fields (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Statistics)
- Postgraduate degree or professional qualifications, ACCA, CFA is desirable
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant role, preferably in a consulting position/firm
- Advanced Financial Analysis & Reporting skills (produce financial plans, projections, and analytical reports for use in investment decisions by companies, public and private organizations)
- Strong financial modeling skills, able to create sophisticated types of financial models
- Excellent command of the English language
- Computer literacy
- Organization and time management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
