Real Estate Bookkeeper (Yardi Voyager)

• Conducting monthly bank reconciliations with precision, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
• Diligently managing credit card transactions, promptly reconciling statements and invoices to uphold financial integrity.
• Taking charge of bi-weekly payroll processing, accurately computing wages, deductions, and ensuring adherence to tax regulations.
• Proficiently managing property allocations, rent collections, and lease administration through Yardi Voyager software.
• Effectively handling vendor invoices, guaranteeing timely payments and fostering positive vendor relationships.
• Collaborating with vendors to swiftly resolve billing inquiries, disputes, or payment delays.
• Offering assistance in preparing financial statements like income statements and balance sheets as required.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Working Remotely)

• Advanced proficiency in Yardi Voyager software
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of practical experience in bookkeeping
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Comprehensive understanding of payroll processing and tax regulations.
