In this role, you will report to the Head of Value & Access and be responsible for ensuring the creation and delivery of high-quality technical and economic content in bids for public tenders and private contracts. Your mission will be to guarantee the excellence of the technical and economic content of proposals, thereby driving the company's commercial success.Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather product and service information and shape the technical content of offers with a customer-centric approach. This involves integrating knowledge of customer needs with Roche's technical capabilities.
  • Develop and execute an effective and coherent content strategy aligned with company objectives and appealing to the target audience. Internally disseminate it to the appropriate teams through the corresponding tools. Review all documentation included in Roche's offers, including official technical documentation and that provided by the Sales Network and third parties.
  • Validate the economic offer provided by the sales team in Roche's tools, ensuring that it is the best possible offer, compliant with requirements, and aligned with the company's pricing policy.
  • Conduct scoring simulations and create templates for them. Review the technical and economic scoring simulations and scenarios carried out by Sales and validated by Marketing. After awarding the contract, evaluate and ensure the correctness of the scores obtained in the award criteria.
  • Monitor key records with the reference platform for bids and tenders.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Value & Access, marketing specialists, and Sales to provide technical arguments in the drafting of challenges. This involves helping to prepare strong technical arguments in challenges. Export the official technical documentation from the product and service offers database. Review this documentation, as well as that provided by the Sales Network and third parties.
  • Coordinate internally for participation in bids during the bidding phase.
  • After conducting administrative and regulatory analysis of the specifications, prepare administrative content.
  • Manage the presentation of the final documentation to be submitted for bids and follow up on the records in which participation is involved, as well as the completion of associated procedures.
  • Prepare contracts and public, private, and addendum offers (except for legal clauses).
  • Maintain and control Contracting information systems.
  • Act as a point of reference for incidents (prices, conditions, etc.) of public, private, and addendum contracts and offers.
Who You Are:To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • A university degree in areas related to business administration, communication, and/or law.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the development of proposals and commercial offers in public tender processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of public procurement, challenges, etc.
  • Demonstrable experience in content management on digital platforms using SEO best practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
