- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Preferable language(s):English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Committed and strong sense of urgency toward deadlines
- Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.
- Can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be advantage
- Handle sales documentation, customer enquiries & request promptly, accurately and professionally
- Work as team to support sales operation and inventory management
- Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop business
- Attend product training and constantly study latest product information
- Follow up with customer orders on timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers
- Clearly explain and educate customers on product features and benefits
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding client's products and customer problems
- Providing customer with the organization's service and product information
- Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
- Monday - Friday (09.00am - 06.00pm)
- Job Types: - Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
- Commission based on closing sales
