  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Preferable language(s):English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Committed and strong sense of urgency toward deadlines
  • Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, multi-task and take proactive action to resolved assigned tasks.
  • Can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be advantage
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle sales documentation, customer enquiries & request promptly, accurately and professionally
  • Work as team to support sales operation and inventory management
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop business
  • Attend product training and constantly study latest product information
  • Follow up with customer orders on timely and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers
  • Clearly explain and educate customers on product features and benefits
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding client's products and customer problems
  • Providing customer with the organization's service and product information
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management
ManfaatWorking Hour
  • Monday - Friday (09.00am - 06.00pm)
  • Job Types: - Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate
  • Commission based on closing sales
  • Overtime
