You'll have the unique opportunity to interact directly with Strapi users and prospects who are considering upgrading to Strapi Cloud or Strapi Enterprise.📋 What will my job look like daily?Effectively manage inbound lead flowIdentify and qualify potential new customers to kick off sales cycles.Accelerate product adoption by providing support and educational resources.Engage and assist users, prospects, and community members, ensuring a responsive and supportive experience.Advocate effectively for Strapi as the preferred platform, demonstrating its benefits to prospects.Meet or exceed Product Advocate pipeline targetsUtilize business and industry knowledge to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, create/identify compelling events, and develop accountsManage, track, and report on all activities and results using Hubspot💙 About you:Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skillsAbility to engage effectively with technical audiences.A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievementsYou share our values, and work in accordance with those valuesDeep understanding and personal appreciation of Open Source, Headless CMS such as Strapi, and frontend technologies such as .Passionate about being a part of Strapi's journeyStrong interest and willingness to learn and try new thingsPrevious tech industry experience is a big plusA degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Globally we require excellent written and spoken English which is our company language👾 Strapi benefits:🌍 Work from anywhere: We're a remote-first company, so we can work wherever our home is.
