Responsibilities & ContextM/S Fahima Akhter Enterprise is a concern of Masco Group which aims to revolutionized Poultry industry in Bangladesh. Currently around one lakh birds are there in this entity & we are committed to expand it further. We are looking for a dynamic & committed professional who will take charge of this operation.

Overall follow up of fully automated poultry (Layer) control sheds & machineries.
Ensure environmental safety/Bio safety & brooding management.
Ensure prevention and treatment (Vaccination, Vitamin, Mineral etc.)
Ensure feed production, Raw material and Egg store management.
Employee training & supervision. Ensure production target.
Budget preparation, Raw material sourcing and Egg marketing.
Preparation and provide different analytical reports
Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
