Brand Finance Manager

• Actively influence the creation of business strategies for marketing and trade marketing areas
• Generate insights aimed at actions to increase the effectiveness of the Brewery Company's portfolio
• Challenge the status quo - seek new and innovative solutions
• Evaluate the business effectiveness of market activities, including the introduction of new products
• Analyze profitability in terms of projects, products, and clients
• Support budget planning and analyze and control their execution
• Raise financial awareness and knowledge among business partners
• Monitor the compliance of commercial activities with applicable policies and procedures
• Develop and support the subordinate team

• Higher education (preferably in economics or finance)
• You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the FMCG industry is welcome)
• Previous experience in team management
• You communicate fluently in English & Polish
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office suite and databases
• Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills
• You enjoy implementing changes
