If you like the sun and the sea then this city is right for you!As an Online Video Customer Support Advisor you will be part of a multilingual team, where you will provide outstanding multi-channel support via phone, email and live chat to users of this new pilot service. This is an exciting new scheme and you will be there to guide your customers through different options and troubleshoot any technical issues they experience.The successful candidate has:

Fluency in German and a good command of English
Previous experience in a customer service role
Eagerness to learn and attention to details
Flexible attitude and can easily adapt in a changing environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills

Selection process can be done remotely via online video conferencing. A relocation bonus is offered for those successful candidates that relocate to Lisbon from outside Portugal.
