- Perform full custom analog layout, physical verification, and parasitic extraction.
- Plan work and complete the layout task against the agreed-upon schedule.
- Hold layout reviews of completed cells, blocks, and analog top.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical education in the field of electronics.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Full Custom Analog or RF layout design.
- Strong layout knowledge and technique for matching, ESD, EM, parasitic reduction, latch-up prevention, and other layout-dependent effects.
- Experience in using Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre tools.
- Knowledge of scripting language is plus.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently in a team.
- The ability to navigate in a global matrix organization.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
